Insurance Coverage
Employee health benefits often provide full or partial coverage for sessions with a psychologist.
Please check with your insurance provider to verify if you have coverage for sessions with a Registered Psychologist.
I will provide a receipt at the end of each session which can be used to submit to your insurance provider.
Cancelation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please let me know at least 24 hours in advance by email, text or phone message at (780) 881-8865. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be billed at $100.00, and appointments where no noticed is given (no show) will be billed in full at $220.00. The purpose of the cancellation policy is to allow me to fill the appointment with other clients who are waiting.
